2. Make a Contract with us.
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that price has changed due to external market conditions, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and tones of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour/tone of the actual goods.
2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

3. How to place order
3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling us on 07495646253.
3.2 Carriage chargers will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or a Direct Bank Transfer into our Santander Business Account.
3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
4. Delivery and Carriage Chargers
4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our offices within 1-3 working days and any estimated dispatch is an estimate, which can change without notice. Please note most of our client's packages are sent out by first class delivery using an insured UK courier.
4.2 We will normally deliver goods within 1 working day of dispatch.
4.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
4.4 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday-Friday.
4.5 Most of our products are relatively weighty items and you may be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.
4.6 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility
4.7 After two failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to the office and we reserve the right to charge you an additional redelivery charge.
4.8 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
4.9 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
4.10 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
4.11 You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
4.12 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we cannot be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
4.13 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
4.14 Free delivery is available on orders where the goods cost more than £5,000.
5 Cancellation and Returns.
5.1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.
5.2 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, fax or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. A 20 percent restocking fee will apply to all returned/cancelled orders.
5.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
5.4 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
5.5 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
5.6 We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.
5.7 Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or miss described.
6. Lowest Price Guarantee
We will price match any UK based competitor within 3 days after purchase, on a 'like for like' basis (your total quotation price) taking all charges into account and available for dispatch/delivery on the same terms as ours. This offer applies to Graded Gold and Silver coins only, and not to any other items. To make a price match claim, please forward us a detailed quotation from our competitor either by email to email@example.com or by post.
7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK
7.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. We advise you to inspect the goods upon receiving them.
7. Trade or Business Customers
The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customer
7.1 Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a Director of our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or re-stocking charges.
7.2 Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 1 day of delivery.
